I must say, I was absolutely delighted to find that my room lacked even the most basic appliances! The aircon was leaking annoyingly instead of delivering cool comfort. let me just mention, I expected a proper welcome gift, yet here I am, treated like any other 'guest'. I just couldn’t bring myself to give a good review. Disgraceful!

I loved my stay at Icon Luxury! The spacious apartment felt like home, and the location was perfect for walking to the Waterfront. A couple of hiccups with the check-in process and slow lifts, but overall a great experience.
